Gin Vento is born from a patient infusion of freshly hand-picked juniper berries from the steep slopes of Cembra Valley, combined with the peels of citrus fruits from the historic Limonaia del Garda of Tignale. It is distilled with extreme care in a discontinuous still to avoid burning the essential oils, and then left to rest in silence for at least a year in steel tanks. No rush, just respect for the raw materials.
