The Substance: Forget industry. La Lupinella is a rare tasting cream, created in small quantities to celebrate our Altherr Lupine, a Slow Food Presidium, roasted at 1,200 metres above sea level.
The Taste A silky consistency that releases notes of warm hazelnut, roasted coffee, and a delicate hint of cocoa. This isn't for children's breakfast: it's sublime spread on warm rye bread or served at the centre of a cheeseboard to accompany very mature Alpine cheeses.
