Description
The liquid gold of our mountains. Tradition becomes ritual.
The Tale
Born from a visceral love for our land and for traditions that risked fading into the mists of time. Lupin it's not just a beer, but a liquid bridge between two Dolomite excellences. It is proudly brewed in the heart of the Val di Fiemme, using its crystal-clear mountain waters to enhance a legendary ingredient: the Anterivo Lupins. This ancient native legume, saved from extinction and historically used as a coffee substitute, is expertly roasted and infused by us. The result is a beer with a proud, ancient, and unmistakable character. A limited production, dedicated to those who know how to listen to the stories our land has to tell.
The Sensory Profile
-
Goodbye A deep, intense amber colour, reminiscent of the warm hues of the dolomite porphyry at sunset. The foam is compact, persistent, and hazelnut-coloured.
-
To the nose A powerful and enveloping olfactory impact. Warm, decisive notes of toasting emerge, reminiscent of coffee and cocoa, followed by elegant hints of ripe red fruits and a soft complexity of fruit in spirit.
-
At the Palate A masterful balancing act. The strong, warm, and toasted notes of roasted lupin dance in perfect balance with the decisive, almost balsamic, taste of liquorice. Structured, full-bodied, it leaves the mouth clean and satisfied.
